We deliver to all regions of Lebanon — Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Nabatieh, and the Bekaa Valley.
Orders to Beirut and major cities in Mount Lebanon typically arrive within 1 business day. Orders to other regions are delivered within 1–3 business days.
Delivery fees are based on your delivery area. Each area has its own flat rate, so what you pay depends on where your order is going.
Your exact delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout — once you select your area — before you confirm your order.
From time to time we run free-delivery promotions across Lebanon. When one is active, delivery is free at checkout automatically.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order arrives — no credit card or online payment is required.
Please have the exact amount ready when the delivery arrives. Our drivers may not always carry change.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Beirut time) on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the following business day.
You will receive a WhatsApp or phone confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
