Please read these terms carefully before using siriuscoffee.com or placing an order with Sirius Coffee.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of www.siriuscoffee.com.

2. Products

All Sirius Coffee capsules are Nespresso Original Line compatible. They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo machines.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Ordering & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due in full upon receipt of your order.

Please prepare the exact amount if possible. Our delivery team may not always carry change.

Refusing delivery without prior notice or cancellation may result in a delivery fee being charged on your next order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available across Lebanon. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days depending on your region.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and to be reachable at the time of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+961 71 280 878) or email. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Refunds are issued only in cases where we cannot fulfill an order or provide a replacement for a confirmed damaged delivery.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Sirius Coffee and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sirius Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved under Lebanese jurisdiction.
